Our property
Cascina Carolina is an independent home created from an old Lombard farmhouse, fully renovated while preserving original features, including the beautiful stone staircase leading to the first floor.
Guests have the entire house to themselves, with complete privacy and no other guests or residents on the property. The house is located on a quiet private road, surrounded by greenery and away from traffic, making it ideal for a relaxing stay near Milan.
The first floor is accessible via the internal staircase. For guests with reduced mobility, a conveniently accessible bedroom is available on the ground floor.
Cascina Carolina is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends looking to experience the authentic atmosphere of a historic Lombard farmhouse without giving up modern comfort, tranquillity and privacy.

You will be hosted by Martina
We are Martina and Mattia, a married couple since 2019, and Cascina Carolina is a project we began in 2024 with passion, dedication and great attention to detail. What started as a personal project has gradually become a welcoming place that we are pleased to share with our guests.
We live in Monza and have Puglian roots. Our family also includes Dalì, our cat, and we have always had a deep love for animals. One of our dreams for the future is to have a home with a large garden, a vegetable garden and, perhaps one day, even a cow.
Mattia runs an art gallery, and several works from our personal collection are displayed throughout Cascina Carolina, adding a distinctive and personal touch to the interiors.
We are delighted to welcome our guests and share our favourite places, recommendations and local experiences, helping you discover and enjoy the area at its best.
